All product returns must be marked with an RMA number issued by Sweet Pea Communications.

A product may be returned within 10 days of the invoice date for a refund of the product sale price less any transaction fees incurred by Sweet Pea Communications. Shipping charges are not refundable. A restocking fee is not charged if your return is received by Sweet Pea Communications within 10 days of the invoice date, if your product return shipping label is clearly marked with the RMA number issued to you, and if the product, its original packaging and accessories are in new condition. Call 661-242-1500 if you are having problems with any product.

A restocking fee of 20% of the product sale price is charged on all returns received after 10 days from the invoice date, received without an RMA number issued by Sweet Pea Communications, or received without all original packaging and items.

Returned Items received in other than new condition or received without all original accessories will be evaluated upon receipt for amount of debit from refund, in addition to the restocking fee.

Refunds are issued either to your credit card account or by check. If you ordered your product online, we will need your credit card number and expiration date, as we do not see credit card account numbers when orders are placed online. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of your return.

Shipping instructions for your return will be issued upon assignment of your RMA number.

After 30 days from the invoice date, all products are covered under warranties pertaining to specific products. No refunds are issued after 30 days from the invoice date.
